Terms of service

  • All bed bookings are based on voucher (minimum spend), rental price or bundles. 

  • All bed bookings are for all day at the beach (approx. (10 am - 9 pm)

  • In order to complete your reservation, a non-refundable prepayment is required. The prepayment is non-refundable under any circumstances including situations and events out of our control, but we will offer a change to a different date in the same year or 2024 if you contact us at least 7 days prior to your original reservation date (subject to availability). 

  • All vouchers have an expiry date and cannot be extended and are non-refundable & non-transferable.

  • Your booking is allocated by our team on arrival.

  • Your booking is only valid for the specific date purchased and will need to be shown upon arrival at the beach.

  • No credit/debit card details will be held once the payment is processed 

  • Payment is made via a secure connection. For more information please refer to the website of the payment processor. 

  • We reserve the right to change the price of any booking should any errors have been made on our website and/or at the time of making a booking with our reservations department.

General conditions of purchase

These terms and conditions define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, return and product complaints, copyright protection and general terms of business when purchasing products/services offered in this online store. thebeachdubrovnik.com can be used for your private use without any fees for use, and according to the following conditions and rules.

The seller is Posoljeni zrak d.o.o., and the customer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order and makes payment via debit/credit card or cash on delivery.

Ordering Process

The customer orders the product via the electronic order form.

Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer.

All prices are expressed in euros, including VAT.

The customer additionally has the option of displaying prices in other currencies (e.g. euros, US dollars).

The goods are ordered electronically by saving them in the shopping cart. The goods are considered ordered when the customer chooses and confirms the payment method.

Payment Process

Ordered products or services are paid online with one of the debit/credit cards: MasterCard®, Maestro® or Visa.

The ordered products will be booked after the money has been transferred to the Merchant's account.

Posoljeni zrak d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.

The services provided by thebeachdubrovnik.com Internet store do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our pages.

In case of a problem, please report it to our Contact Center (by phone or e-mail) so that we can fix it as quickly as possible.

Juridistiction of the court

If the customer is not satisfied with the solution of the complaint procedure by thebeachdubrovnik.com, he has the right to court arbitration. For such a case, the jurisdiction of the court in Dubrovnik is contracted.

The customer/visitor undertakes not to duplicate and/or publish any material subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights without the express permission of the holder of those rights.
