Refund policy

The guest can change an already defined reservation only if the service provider agrees with it, and this may include: changing the holder of the reservation, the date of the reservation, the number of persons, the age of the persons, the types of basic or additional services booked and the dynamics of payment. The request to change the reservation must be submitted in writing (e-mail, fax or mail). The changing of booking is subject to availability and is in the hands of Posoljeni arak d.o.o.

If the guest wants to cancel the reserved accommodation, he must do so in writing (e-mail, fax or mail).

The date when the agency received the written notice of cancellation is the basis for calculating the cancellation costs.

If the guest does not show up at the destination or cancels the rented services after the start of use, the guest has no right to claim the amount paid.

If the actual costs are higher than previously stated, the agency reserves the right to collect the actual costs. The mentioned cancellation costs apply in particular to changes in the terms of use of the service in the reserved accommodation unit, but also to all other important changes.

If a guest who cancels the rented accommodation capacity finds a new user of the same reservation when canceling the reservation, the agency charges only the costs caused by the replacement.

If the reservation is canceled due to force majeure on the part of the guest, the agency charges only the costs actually incurred, the total amount of which must not exceed 25% of the value of the rented service. The rest of the money will be returned to the guest.

Immediately after determining the exact amount of money to be returned to the guest, at the sender's expense, the payment will be made exclusively to the card from which the reservation was made.
