Shipping policy
The seller undertakes to book the buyers order the moment he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction.
If the goods are not available, the Seller will inform the customer (in writing or by phone) about the possible booking date. The customer can then accept the new booking date or cancel the order.
When taking over the booking, the customer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report them to the person who dealt with the booking, or refuse to take the booking. If the buyer does not receive the booked slot, the buyer has the right to inform the seller about this so that actions can be taken to figure out a replacement booking.
If the buyer refuses to receive the ordered booking, the seller has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to preparation of booking.
